Terms and Conditions

LotusTouch Limited is referred to in this document as 'The Company'. 

  1. LotusTouch Limited is referred to in this document as 'The Company'.
  2. Depending on the location of the booking there may be additional travel costs. These will be quoted to you prior to your confirmation.
  3. Two hours minimum per visit.
  4. Therapists must be provided with access to toilets and drinking water.
  5. You can reschedule your booking at any time giving a minimum of 4 days notice with no charges incurred. Less than 4 days will incur a 20% charge on your total quoted rate. There may be additional charges if your booking includes added travel costs.
  6. In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply:
    • Within 40 days prior to event - 10% of total cost
    • Within 30 days prior to event- 25% of total cost
    • Within 8 days prior to event - 50% of total cost
    • Within 48 hours prior to event – 100% of total cost. You may reschedule your visit.The percentages listed above refer to the total price of the booking. Insurance to cover cancellation should be arranged.
  7. Payment must be made on or prior to the day of work.
  8. Late payments will incur a charge of £25.00 plus interest charged on the overdue amount at the rate of 10% per week.
  9. All information given in any literature produced by or on behalf of The Company is given in good faith and is intended as a guide to services available and may be altered without notice to suit differing seasonal or other conditions. All information is correct at time of going to press.
  10. If you have any complaint during your booking, please notify the directors of The Company immediately.
  11. The Company is covered by all necessary insurances.
